Gregory Heights PTSA
Golden Acorn Award
Each year, Gregory Heights PTSA awards the Golden Acorn Award to the person(s) who has given exemplary volunteer service to children and youth in our school community. The Golden Acorn Award is very special and is given for continued and dedicated service.
Recipients are presented a gold pin in the shape of an acorn and their names are engraved on the plaque in the school entrance. GHPTSA makes a contribution of $65 in each recipient's name to the Washington State PTA Scholarship Foundation. From these contributions, WSPTA is able to provide grants to freshman students entering post-secondary education.
To nominate someone for the GHPTSA Golden Acorn Award, complete the recommendation form and return it by Friday, May 2.
