Reflections Art Program (October)
Students create individual projects in visual arts, music, photography and literature for this national PTA contest. This years theme is "I Can Make a Difference by..." Read more about the state and national levels.

Reflections Update

We are very excited to announce that these Gregory Heights students will be representing Highline School District at the State Level of Reflections. WOW!

Reflections Winners

That is ten projects, the most of all the Highline Schools. Way to go, young artists! You make our school so proud!

Fall Carnival - October 27
Carnival games, cake walk, food, inflatable slide. Costumes encouraged but not required; minimal cost. After the carnival, kids can "Trunk or Treat" (go from car to car, getting candy from parents in their decorated vehicles).

Build-a-Toy Workshop - February 1

Mr. Toymaker (Rick Hartman) Assembly - March 28
Grades K-3 assembly at 1:15; Grades 4-6 assembly from 2:15-3pm

To order a book, turn in the order form to Mrs. Wessel in the library by March 26.

Create & Celebrate - April 24, 6:30 to 8pm
Celebrate the diversity in our school! International crafts, games, story reading, musical entertainment and food. Free in the school cafeteria.

Family Fun Night with The Reptile Man - May 16, 7pm
Join us in the multipurpose room, with an ice cream social after the show.

Celebration of Learning - June 5
Musical performances and visual displays show what kids learned during the year.

BBQ/Field Day (June)
Volunteers help students participate in athletic games and races. BBQ lunch served for kids and their families.

6th Grade Recognition (June)
Call Traci Washington at 206-242-1723 or email Diana Gee at dndgeez@msn.com to help or for information.

Art Docent (7 times/year)
Volunteers present artist information, history and lead art projects in classrooms.

Fundraising Events

Money earned through these events has gone toward the purchase of guided reading book, fine arts, assemblies and more. Also see the Fundraising page.

Book Fair - September 19 to 21
Large variety of children's books and gifts are offered for sale. Thirty percent of sales go to PTSA.

Entertainment Book Sales - September 10 to October 1
Raised $8,000!

Cherrydale Fundraiser - September 27 to October 9
Raised $9,000! Profits go toward field trips and programs that support student learning.

Cookie Dough Sale - January 28 to February 11
Raised $10,000!
